Delete Your ForgeBill Account

ForgeBill users can delete their account from inside the app.

1. Open ForgeBill.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Go to Settings.
4. Choose Delete Account.
5. Follow the confirmation steps.

Request Deletion Without App Access

If you cannot access the app, email support@forgebill.com from the email address associated with your ForgeBill account and ask to delete your account.

Data That May Be Retained

We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backup integrity, tax/accounting records, payment disputes, chargebacks, provider requirements, app-store requirements, or enforcement of our Terms of Use. Backups may retain copies for a limited period before normal deletion cycles complete.

Subscription Cancellation

Deleting your ForgeBill account does not automatically cancel subscriptions or purchases billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. To stop future app-store renewal charges, cancel the subscription through your Apple or Google Play account settings.
