This Privacy Policy explains how CMC FACTORY LLC, doing business as ForgeBill, collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you use ForgeBill's mobile app, web app, websites, invoice pages, payment pages, subscriptions, email reminders, exports, archives, and related services.
1. Personal Information We Collect
We collect account and business profile information, invoice and client records, payment and subscription information, invoice email metadata, reminder attempts, device/app/log/security information, support messages, and related information reasonably needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service.
2. Sources
We collect information directly from you when you create an account, configure settings, create invoices, add clients, upload files, export data, enable reminders, contact support, or use the Service. We may receive limited information from service providers such as Firebase, Google Cloud, SendGrid, Stripe, Apple, and Google Play.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to create and secure accounts, store and sync records, generate invoice PDFs and public invoice/payment pages, send invoice emails, receipts, and email reminders, process subscriptions and payments, provide support, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms, and maintain or improve the Service.
4. Third-Party Services
We disclose personal information only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support the Service; comply with law; process payments; communicate with recipients; or protect rights and safety. Service providers may include Firebase and Google Cloud, SendGrid, Stripe, Apple, Google Play, professional advisors, legal authorities, and business transaction parties.
5. Retention and Deletion
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security, process payments, support refunds and chargebacks, satisfy provider requirements, and maintain backups. You can delete your ForgeBill account from Settings or request deletion by contacting support@forgebill.com.
6. Your Choices
You can export data, update settings, request account deletion, disable push notifications in device settings where available, and contact the sending business about invoice or reminder emails.
