What to put on a roofer invoice
- Access and safety setup, such as fall protection and staging, often a large fixed cost
- Crew labor, with weather risk built into the estimate
- Shingles, underlayment, drip edge, flashing, and fasteners
- Tear-off and disposal of the old roof

- Squares installed and the shingle line and color
